Expiry: There is no expiry date for any viewing credit purchased against your account or on your memebership

Failure to comply: Any failure to comply with all or any of the above rules and regulations will result in the immediate termination of your account and the forfeiture of any viewing credit owed to you. We will also undertake any legal action required to recover funds previously paid and compensation for damages incurred if any.

Governing law: This agreement shall be construed and interpreted according to the laws of the Netherlands applicable hereto, and each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Netherlands and to accept service of documents relating to commencement of proceedings and actions by certified or registered mail.

Language: These Terms of Use exist in multiple language versions; in cases of dispute, the English version shall always have precedence.
